AI Technical Program Manager · Systems & Business Analysis
I turn operational problems into clear requirements and working systems. I find out what the business actually needs, write it down so it can be tested, design the solution and pick the technology, then see it through to acceptance. My background is Marine Corps intelligence analysis, emergency services and construction procurement, so I'm comfortable with precise requirements, real constraints and real users.

How I work
- Requirements before design. Every project starts with the business problem, the users and written acceptance criteria, so scope is agreed before anything is built.
- Decide on paper. Significant choices (stack, data model, security approach, hosting) are written up with the options weighed and the reasons recorded.
- Phase and gate the work. Delivery is broken into phases, and each one passes defined checks (validators, smoke tests, review checklists) before the next starts.
- Treat failures as diagnostics. When something fails, like a rejected Store submission, the root cause is found and written down before the next attempt.
- AI builds, I own the outcome. Implementation is done with AI coding tools against my specifications. I review every step and accept it only after testing it in the running system.
