Selected programs

Dev Instincts Program owner

Oct 2026 to Present

Verification program for AI-written code: every defect becomes a reusable, cost-ranked check.

  • Built a ledger of 627 defects across 3 projects and 57 review rounds, ranked by cost (data loss and security weighted 8, cosmetic 1, regressions doubled), producing 63 approved instincts that set the order changes are checked in.
  • Designed separate architect, builder and reviewer agent roles, with hand-worked acceptance tests written before code, and a stop rule that ends patching when defects stop halving or regressions pass ~10% of fixes.
  • Mined Ferrite, a 133,000-line AI-written open-source editor (154 recorded bugs, 14 unrecorded, 9 new instincts), filed 6 of the unrecorded bugs upstream (issues #195 to #200), and graded 35 published sources on AI-written code.
  • Published the program as open source (MIT) with a scripted export that strips private data and fails the build on any leak.

Tahdoo Product owner & solution designer

Mar 2026 to Jul 2026

Offline-first student productivity app. Passed Microsoft Store certification.

  • Defined offline-first, privacy-by-design requirements and a trial-to-subscription business model; selected Electron, React and SQLite, and designed the on-device licensing architecture.
  • Led 9 packaged releases through Microsoft Store certification, tracing each rejection to its root cause; specified a native .NET purchase bridge later reused across both Store apps.

CertMoat Product owner & solution designer

Mar 2026 to Present

Air-gapped CMMC and HIPAA compliance application. Passed Microsoft Store certification, now in redevelopment.

  • Designed a schema-driven compliance engine that models any framework as validated data (CMMC: 110 controls; HIPAA: 61) and an air-gapped, tamper-evident architecture with SSP generation.

Course Engine Process owner & solution designer

Oct 2026

Course-building platform with automated content quality gates.

  • Designed the platform architecture, content model and a four-phase delivery playbook; release gates require all 421 coverage items taught, zero validation errors and passing smoke tests.
